What actually happens inside The Circle?<\/strong><\/h5>\n
Each Circle begins with a grounding practice \u2013 drawing from breathwork, meditation, reflection and body-based awareness. Something you can take with you and return to in everyday life.<\/h6>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

From there, you\u2019ll be guided through a live teaching around the things we\u2019re actually navigating \u2013 relationships, self-worth, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, work and life, the patterns we repeat, and how we lead ourselves through it all.<\/h6>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Then we open the conversation \u2013 space to reflect, ask questions, share and learn from one another.<\/h6>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

There is no pressure to perform or share. Come as you are. The only requirement is your presence.<\/h6>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

And the connection doesn\u2019t end when the hour does. Between Circles, we\u2019ll have a private community space to stay connected, with a meaningful resource or practice shared each month.<\/h6>\n

This isn\u2019t about gathering more information. It\u2019s about creating space \u2013 even one intentional hour a month \u2013 to reconnect, reflect and practise living awake.<\/h6>\n
